Operations - AL Solutions

All Ty-Gem ™ and Zy-Gem ™ products are produced at the New Cumberland, WV facility.  Unprocessed raw materials are received directly from suppliers and some processed raw material is received from the Washington, MO facility.

AL Solutions employs a proprietary process to clean, process, analyze, sort and compact the incoming raw material streams and intermediate products into Ty-Gem ™ and Zy-Gem ™ compacts.


AL Solutions' lab utilizes ICP-OES to analyze chemistry of all raw materials, intermediates and final products.  AL Solutions certifies the chemistry of all final products and the net contained weight of titanium and zirconium in each compact...1 pound or 500 grams of Ti or Zr per compact. 
                                                  
                                                                                                           




Al Solutions also performs dissolution rate testing to ensure the performance of the final product meets our quality standard.   All dissolution rate tests are conducted using a Mellen induction furnace.









AL Solutions ships product to aluminum customers around the world either directly from New Cumberland, WV or from one of our strategically located public warehouses.
